30-Day Guarantee
You have 30 days after delivery to request a refund. No need to send your issue back to us. Keep it.
To start a refund request, contact us at info@extratimemag.com with your order number and reason for the request.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If it's defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us right away at info@extratimemag.com. A photo of the issue helps us process things faster.
We'll send a replacement or issue a refund. No return required.
Exceptions
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
- Digital editions are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
As with all refund requests, there's no need to return the physical item. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, you'll be refunded to your original payment method.
(Note: EU law entitles customers to withdraw within 14 days and normally allows a business to require the goods back first. We're choosing to waive that requirement, which is more generous than the legal minimum, not less, so this stays compliant.)
Refunds
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen it, contact us at info@extratimemag.com.
